D4vd Under Investigation For Alleged Child Exploitation Material

A U.S. prosecutor revealed on Thursday that R&B musician D4vd, who is presently accused of murder in relation to the killing and dismemberment of a 14-year-old girl whose remains were found decomposing in his car, had child pornography on his cellphone.

The prosecution claims that the 21-year-old, whose real name is David Burke, killed Celeste Rivas Hernandez, dismembered her body, put the parts in bags, and left them to rot inside the front trunk of his Tesla in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood. He may be executed for the crime.

According to reports, the victim and the up-and-coming musician had a s*xual relationship. According to investigators, Burke killed the girl on April 23 of last year in order to protect his rising notoriety after she allegedly threatened to expose their involvement. Days before she would have turned 15 in September, her badly decomposed body was found in the car at a tow yard.

During a preliminary hearing in Los Angeles, prosecutor Beth Silverman stated that an examination of Burke’s iPhone uncovered “a significant amount of child pornography.”She did not provide specifics about the material or confirm whether it included images of the deceased girl.

The case has attracted widespread global attention, with observers pointing out eerie similarities to Burke’s music, particularly his breakthrough track “Romantic Homicide.”Online investigators have also shared findings such as joint appearances by the pair on streaming services, along with matching “Shhh” finger tattoos.
