Private Numbers Of Australia PM Albanese, Trump Jr. Leaked On AI-Powered US Website

The private phone numbers of several high-profile individuals, including Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Donald Trump Jr., have been published on a US-based website that uses artificial intelligence to scrape data from the internet.
The exposure, first reported by independent Australian outlet Ette Media, has raised serious privacy and security concerns.
Prime Minister Albanese’s office confirmed awareness of the situation, and Australian authorities have launched an investigation. The site, which was opted not to name, claims to host contact details for hundreds of millions of professionals.
It is commonly used by recruiters and sales teams, offering limited free access and paid subscriptions for deeper searches.
It was verified that the database includes an active private number for Albanese and a personal contact number for Donald Trump Jr., though it is unclear whether the latter still uses the listed phone.
The platform also hosts purported numbers for other global leaders, including Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer though some numbers were unreachable or outdated.
Australia’s opposition leader Sussan Ley was also affected. A spokesperson described the leak as “obviously concerning” and confirmed a request had been made
Obama’s number went unanswered, while Clinton’s was picked up by a confused individual. A number listed for UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer rang out with no response.
The incident raises fresh concerns about data privacy, particularly in Australia, which has faced multiple large-scale data breaches in recent years. The leak underscores growing unease around AI’s role in collecting and exposing personal information without consent.
