Sadeeq Yusuf Promises Strong Finish for Plateau United

Plateau United forward Sadeeq Yusuf has assured supporters that the team will push for a respectable finish in the 2025–26 Nigeria Premier Football League season.

Yusuf made a dream start to his Plateau United career after scoring the winning goal on his debut in a 1–0 victory over Kwara United at the New Jos Stadium on Sunday.

Speaking after the match, the forward expressed his happiness at scoring on his first appearance and thanked the fans for their support.

“I feel very happy scoring on my debut,” Yusuf said. “I want to thank the club fans for their support, and I want to promise them that we won’t let them down.”

Plateau United are currently 12th on the NPFL table with 33 points as the season continues.
