According to the Daily Mail, the 84-year-old was admitted to the hospital only as a precaution, but it is anticipated that he will soon be recovering at home.

The most successful manager in United’s history, Sir Alex, frequently attends both home and away games. He traveled to Old Trafford today in advance of his team’s crucial Premier League matchup with fierce rivals Liverpool.

According to the news outlet, Ferguson had a brain hemorrhage in 2018 and recovered following surgery; however, there is no indication that this incident is connected.
