2027: Peter Obi And Kwankwaso Officially Join The NDC
Published on
Peter Obi, a former presidential candidate for the Labour Party, and Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, his counterpart from the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), have officially joined the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).
After Obi left the African Democratic Congress (ADC) earlier on Sunday, the two joined the NDC.
The two powerful politicians made their choices in an effort to advance their hopes of winning the presidency in 2027.
The NDC’s National Chairman, Moses Cleopas, and National Leader, Henry Seriake Dickson, a former governor of Bayelsa State, had earlier welcomed them to the party’s Abuja headquarters.
The new development has been characterized by the party leaders as an increasing national wave of confidence in the NDC.
