Actor Clinton Joshua On Choosing Not To Kiss In Films

In order to keep control over his professional path and avoid being stereotyped, actor Clinton Joshua has disclosed that he declines kissing roles in films.

Joshua stated in an interview with TVC Entertainment that his choice is determined by how he wants his career to develop and the kinds of parts he intends to continue landing.

He claimed that if he did well in these situations, producers may cast him in such roles on a regular basis

“If I’m good at it, producers will likely give me the same role over and over again, and I don’t want to kiss half the girls in Nollywood,” he said.

In the end, Joshua has admit that he is not particularly skilled or comfortable in kissing roles. It’s just not his strong suit, and he believes it’s better to be honest about his limitations rather than force something that doesn’t feel natural. He prefers to focus on the aspects of acting and bringing authenticity to his performances in other ways.
