J Martins Encourages P-Square Twins To Resolve Their Disputes Privately

Published on

Following new indications of tension between the twin brothers, singer J Martins has urged Peter and Paul Okoye of the now-defunct duo P-Square to settle their differences behind closed doors.

The appeal is the result of observations that the siblings, who were previously known for sharing everything, including their birthdate, now seem to celebrate their birthdays independently. This development has rekindled worries about their relationship.

Singer Peter Okoye, better known by his stage name Mr. P, officially announced yesterday that he would no longer celebrate his birthday on November 18.

Mr P wrote on X: “Dear Family, Friends, and Fans, I’m making it official. November 18th is no longer my birthday celebration date. Please note that I will not be accepting any messages or gifts on that day.

“My birthday will now be celebrated on November 30th. This is a personal decision, and I truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you all”.

However, in a social media post on Tuesday, J Martins, who said he has maintained a close relationship with both artistes for over 20 years, questioned the sudden shift in what had long been a shared personal milestone.

“These are my brothers for more two decades, i still don’t understand why one will just wake up decades to change his own birthday separate from his twin brother? @PeterPsquare @rudeboypsquare can we fix these stuff inside our house & not bring this shame on Ndi Igbo nke anyi”.

J Martins has done well by encouraging the P-Square twins to settle their differences privately. It is important for the brothers to put aside their disagreements and focus on their shared talent and success.

Ending this conflict will not only bring peace to their relationship but also allow them to continue inspiring their fans and making great music together. Hopefully, they will heed the advice and reconcile soon.
