Women Are The Table Themselves: Recognizing Their Sacrifice And Strength

Published on

Some men ask women what they bring to the table. But I believe the truth is far deeper. Cute Abiola recently shared a powerful video about his wife delivering their child, and what she endured to bring new life into this world. He said something that resonated deeply: “And one more thing… After everything I witnessed, after the strength, patience, and courage I saw… Never ask any woman what she brings to the table. Some women don’t just bring something to the table…They ARE the TABLE”

Watching her in pain, struggling and losing control, he recognized an undeniable truth—women are the essence of strength, sacrifice, and resilience. They carry the weight of the world on their shoulders, sacrificing sleep, comfort, and even their own well-being for the sake of their families.

I haven’t personally given birth, but I’ve seen my sisters, my school mother, and many women close to me go through this process. I’ve seen the sleepless nights, the nausea, the exhaustion—they pay a price that many of us will never truly understand.

And yet, amidst this incredible strength, some men still lay their hands on their wives in anger and violence. It’s heartbreaking.

Women are not just mothers or partners—they are the very foundation of life, the table itself. They are the nurturers, the warriors, the unsung heroes whose sacrifices shape generations.

Let us honor and respect women—not just in words but in actions—recognizing the priceless value they bring to our lives every single day.

That statement is over rated, every being created by God has his/she strength and sacrifice, God created us and allocate to us our strength and sacrifice, no one is bigger, no one do it better, what you do is your responsibility, not strength or sacrifice, any woman who says that is over rating herself.
