Nasboi, a Nigerian performer and content creator, has revealed a very intimate story about his challenging career path in the entertainment industry, including how he once faced financial difficulties following the death of his longtime producer.
Speaking about his prior experiences, he described how a significant setback forced him to spend years in survival mode.
“My friend who was my producer from 2008-2018 informed me he wasn’t going to produce for me again. I was scared of Lagos so I had to be in Uyo where I struggled to feed. E got to a point picking ₦50 from the floor was an achievement for me,” Nasboi revealed.
Life can be incredibly cruel; I’ve walked that path myself and know what it feels like not to have even a hundred naira when it’s desperately needed. The sting of those moments is hard to forget, especially when immediate needs demand urgent attention.
