After traveling through Lagos, businessman and social commentator Isaac Fayose has voiced harsh criticism of Nigeria’s current political and economic circumstances.
He said in a video message that the city’s everyday life has been severely impacted by growing hardship, which has resulted in unusually empty roads.
He said;
“Even Lagos State roads that are always busy are now empty, pøverty has made everyone park their cars. President Tinubu should resign now, Nigerians are sûffering. Senate President Akpabio should impeach Tinubu now and save Nigeria. The judiciary is øone, INEC is gne, there is no hope.”
In conclusion, Isaac Fayose’s assertion that Pøverty has caused Lagos roads to become empty highlights the significant impact of economic hardships on daily life and mobility. If true, this situation underscores the urgent need for policies aimed at alleviating poverty and improving infrastructure to ensure that residents can move freely and efficiently.
Addressing these underlying issues is essential for revitalizing the city’s transportation system and restoring normalcy to Lagos’s bustling environment.
