NOW HIRING: Customer Service Officer / Digital Assistant

AANDA Consulting is currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service Officer / Digital Assistant. The role is a full-time, on-site position designed for individuals who possess strong communication skills, administrative competence and a solid understanding of digital communication tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer communication, handling online enquiries, coordinating administrative tasks and supporting the company’s day-to-day digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support

  • Respond professionally to client enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email and social media platforms
  • Follow up on leads, property inspections and client requests
  • Maintain accurate communication records and client information
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and maturity
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey

Digital & Administrative Support

  • Manage online communication and digital correspondence
  • Support social media engagement and enquiry management
  • Schedule appointments, property inspections and meetings
  • Prepare reports, documents and internal correspondence
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
  • Support general office coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, administrative support or digital operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Google Docs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and Zoom
  • Knowledge of PDF management tools such as Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with scanning, printing systems and CRM software for client record management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas

Added Advantage

  • Previous experience in real estate, customer service or digital support roles
  • Basic social media management or content creation skills
