‘Only God and I are the richest in the World’ : Pastor Oyakhilome shares his daughter’s remark on his wealth

Speaking during a sermon, the pastor questioned why anyone would try to measure his riches using conventional standards. According to him, true wealth cannot be calculated with “any Japanese calculator” or tied to figures in bank accounts.

He went on to describe a deeper, spiritual dimension of riches, one he claims to operate from, promising to “show it” to anyone curious enough to understand.

Sharing a personal moment, Oyakhilome recalled how his younger daughter once declared that the only truly rich beings in existence are God and her father. Rather than dismiss it, he affirmed her statement, adding that even as she has grown older, her belief has remained unchanged.

Backing his claim with scripture, he referenced Ephesians 3:8, emphasizing what he described as the “unending, boundless, incalculable and exhaustless riches of Christ.” According to him, this divine wealth is beyond human comprehension and impossible to exhaust.

“That’s how rich,” he declared, adding that operating from such a level makes it impossible for him to ever experience lack.

“I’ll never be br+ke in my life,” he said confidently, stressing that his wealth is eternal, limitless, and not dependent on earthly systems.
